Emma Barducci

Emma Barducci is a freelance graphic designer and illustrator based in Florence, Italy.

She earned her degree in Visual Communication Design from IED in Florence, and further specialized by completing a Master’s in Motion Graphic Design at the Accademia Cappiello. Her creative approach is characterized by an eclectic and curious nature, blending technical precision with a strong personal aesthetic that emphasizes detail and experimentation across various media.

Her professional career includes collaborations with creative agencies such as Mallet Studio and WE RAD, as well as editorial and cultural projects. Notably, her work has been recognized in several prestigious contexts; she was the winner of the contest for the official image of the 18th edition of the Florence Queer Festival and a winner of the Keepintouchnottoomuch online illustration competition. Her portfolio spans brand identity for local businesses, motion graphics, and editorial illustrations, including conceptual cover art inspired by The New Yorker.
